Dance Instructor
KP Dance Center is a top dance studio with two locations in Long Island (Commack and Smithtown). We offer classes for dancers of all ages and abilities in Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Tap, Contemporary, Lyrical and Combo Classes as well as voice and acting.
We believe that dance education is more than just instruction, and promotes positive self-esteem while instilling the love and appreciation for dance and movement.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Teach classes to a wide range of children and/or adults with patience and understanding
Plan and deliver outstanding lessons that are engaging and allow students to progress their abilities
Choreograph routines for our year-end performance in June
Attend various meetings throughout the year
Meet any deadlines given. For example; finishing routines, handing in music, choosing costumes etc.
Attend our mandatory dress rehearsal week leading up to our performances, and attend on the day of the recital to help backstage.
Be friendly to everyone at our studio and give lots of compliments to our students.
