Being an Instructor - Education provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Education typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. Drivers Education Instructor
Candidates must be a certified teacher to hold this position.
QUALIFICATIONS: A valid North Carolina driver's license, a driving record acceptable to the local school board, and a driver education certificate issued by the State Board of Education or an Instructor Certificate issued by the NC Department of Motor Vehicles.
DUTIES: Provide driver’s education classroom for students after school and on weekends (potentially); other duties as assigned by the Superintendent and/or Drivers' Education Coordinator
