- Supervise and coordinate electrical construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee a team of electricians and other workers, assigning tasks and providing guidance as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage inventory of electrical materials and equipment, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available for each project
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions to problems that arise during construction
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including work hours, materials used, and any changes or deviations from the original plan
```Requirements```
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction or a related field
- Proven experience in supervising a team of electricians or construction workers
- Familiarity with construction management principles and practices
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and ability to enforce safety protocols on job sites
- Experience in construction estimating is preferred but not required
