Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. Role
As a Manufacturing Associate (also known as Production Worker, Factory Operator), you'll adhere to safety and manufacturing policies, ensure product quality, maintain a clean workspace, and perform various physical tasks. You'll also install electrical devices, bend and install conduit, install wireway and cable tray, pull wire and large cable, and cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires.

- Comprehensive 8-week training course.
- Opportunity to meet or exceed established productivity run rates within 6 months of hire.
- High school diploma or GED and 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing experience.
- Basic command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, knowledge of air, hand, and power tools, basic mechanical knowledge, and ability to read a tape measure.
