RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

The purpose of this position is to provide regional HR support for three NC divisions. This position will reside in Greensboro, NC, with minimal travel. Bi-lingual is a plus, but not required. Duties which are expected to be performed include, but are not limited to:

• Recruitment & onboarding of new employees.

• Ensuring proper tax forms, i9s, & proper employee information are obtained & retained.

• Employee liaison for Annual benefits & 401k Coordination.

• Work closely with internal Apprenticeship program.

• Managing employee records and legal compliance.

• A team player with current management, assisting employees in an family-cultured environment.

• Any other tasks deemed necessary which assist with company goals and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Typically 3-5 year experience in Human Resources.

• Prior experience with HR/Payroll software is a plus.

• Software savvy including Microsoft Office products including Excel spreadsheets.

• This position should have experience working in a fast-paced office setting in which coordinating multiple tasks and functions, often at the same time, is common practice.

• Confidentiality is a must.

• Enjoys working with others and is a problem solver within a team environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The physical requirements of this position are the same of any other typical office environment position.
