We are on call as a multi-resource technical department to fill in where they need help with skills and technologies not available on their staff.

    We are looking to grow the team by adding an electrical engineer. As an engineer on our team, you will generally be responsible for generating schematics, supporting printed circuit board layouts, building/testing first articles, and providing documentation for production release. You will see designs come to life and be part of every step along the product development arc as well as support legacy products. Taking pride in your work, finding and implementing new tools, and making our team better, faster, and more efficient are expectations for everyone on the team, this role included.

    Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000

    Annual Profit Sharing Estimate: $8,000 - $16,500

    Salary is dependent on experience, knowledge and interview performance.

    Requirements

    Core Skills:

    Circuit designs including Analog, Power, Motor drives, Sensor

    Microprocessor Peripherals: UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB

    Experience with C programming language

    Schematic Drafting: Orcad, Mentor DX

    PCB layout experience

    Debugging & troubleshooting designs: Scope, Meters, Function Generators

    US Citizenship required

    Experience with:

    UL Safety standards

    IEC Safety and performance standards

    EMC, EMI, ESD

    Medical product development

    Documentation methods: Requirements, Verification, Risk Analysis
