We are seeking a Full-Time Owner's Representative to work on a facility expansion project for our client's industrial manufacturing facility.

Owner's Representatives oversee on-site contractors carrying out project work. They ensure contractors follow client rules and procedures. They especially focus on project site safety, while keeping project goals on track. Projects may vary, but can include:

• Facility remodels and additions
• Production machinery installations and commissioning
• Production system installations and commissioning
• Support Infrastructure updates and additions

Requirements

Excel Engineering, Inc. is seeking motivated and experienced individuals with the following backgrounds:

• Electrical Engineers
• Industrial Engineers
• Electrical Inspectors
• Electricians
• Facilities Project Managers
• Controls and Automation Contractors

Must have experience with:

• Facilities Electrical Projects
• Large, diverse manufacturing site projects.
• On-site interactions with client project managers as well as other contracting disciplines.
• LOTO in an electrical Space
  

Ideal qualified candidate:

• Has Owner's Representative experience.
• Has experience with contractor oversight.
• Has industrial construction and electrical experience.
• Can be a retiree interested in returning to work in a full-time, project-based capacity.
• Is interested in project-based work.
