Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English as a Second Language (ESL) Teacher to join our team. As an ESL Teacher, you will be responsible for providing instruction to students who are learning English as their second language. Your role will involve developing curriculum, implementing effective teaching strategies, and creating a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to the needs of diverse learners
- Teach English language skills including reading, writing, listening, and speaking
- Utilize learning technologies and resources to enhance instruction
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs of students
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes cultural understanding and respect
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate curriculum and instructional activities
- Provide guidance and support to students in their language learning journey
- Conduct tutoring sessions for students who require additional assistance

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Experience in teaching or tutoring ESL
- Proficiency in learning technologies and educational software
- Experience working with adult learners is an asset
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
