Instructor - English jobs in Lebanon, PA

Linden Hall is looking for a personable, collaborative part-time English instructor with an interest in working in an all-girls’ school starting January 2024. We welcome engaging, high-energy applicants to work with our students. Top candidates will have experience teaching English and will possess a passion for nurturing skills in students with a range of back grounds and ability levels.

Essential Duties:

• Teach two academic classes during the afternoon in the English Department.

• Collaborate with department members.

Additional Duties:

Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Head of School or other appropriate administrator.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English Required: Master’s degree in English or education field preferred.

• Prior experience with an independent schools preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills; excellent communication skills.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Job Type: Part Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday 12:00PM-4:00PM
