Instructor - Environmental Engineering teaches courses in the discipline area of environmental engineering. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Environmental Engineering provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Environmental Engineering typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research.     The applicant must be self-motivated and able to work independently. The position requires the ability to multi-task and pay great attention to detail. You will be required to interact with clients, suppliers, co-workers, and regulators. Responsibilities will include collection of field data, input of data into reports, environmental sample collection, equipment maintenance, and completion of regulatory report forms. You will be required to travel to our client’s facilities (usually plant sites) interact with security, collect data/samples and return to office independently.

    Position will require performing physical labor and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Generally, time will be split between field and office approximately 70/30. Applicant must have a driver’s licenses, have a clear driving record, able to pass a drug screen and be able to pass a background check. Applicant must be able to work a flexible schedule. Work hours are generally 8 AM to 5 PM, but extended hours will be required routinely. Opportunities for advancement
