Instructor - Foreign Languages teaches courses in the discipline area of foreign languages. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Foreign Languages provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Foreign Languages typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. Northeast Minneapolis Community Education is looking for foreign language instructors for adult enrichment evenings this fall.

Fall Session runs October-November 2024. Winter is February - March 2025.
Evening hours, between 6-9pm.
Class length: 4-8 weeks, at discretion of the instructor.
Teach willing adults foreign language in a relaxed community-based setting. Most language classes meet weekly for 60-90 minutes, for 5-8 consecutive weeks.
