    What You'll Do:

    • Hit the Road: Drive with students and provide top-notch driving instruction.
    • Educate & Evaluate: Conduct classes, offer state testing, and ensure our students are road-ready.
    • Office Vibes: Handle some office work – because even the coolest rides need paperwork!

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Education: High school diploma or GED.
    • Experience: 21 years old with 5 years of licensed driving experience.
    • Clean Record: Valid WA state driver's license with a mostly clean record (No suspensions in the past 2 years).
    • Background Check: Pass a state/federal background check.
    • Communication Skills: Top-notch communication skills.
    • Motivation: Self-motivated individuals, start your engines!

    Bonus Points for:

    • Teen Spirit: Experience working with teenagers.
    • Presenter Pro: Experience teaching or presenting material to an audience.

    Training & Pay:

    • We've Got You Covered: We cover all training costs, initial state licenses, application fees, and fingerprint fees.
    • Training (100-hour minimum) is paid at WA State minimum wage.
    • Pay increases to $20/hr once licensed as an Instructor (after 100 hours of training).
    • $500 completion bonus 90 days after obtaining Instructor license.
    • Additional $2/hr once licensed as a road test examiner (typically ~6 months into employment).
    • Additional $5/hr for private lessons.

    The Road Ahead:

    • Schedule: Most of our business happens in the afternoons/evenings during the week and mornings/afternoons on Saturdays. Closed Sundays. Summer schedules offer more flexibility. Please consider this schedule before applying!

    Example Schedule:

    • Mon-Thurs: 3pm-8pm
    • Fridays: Flexible or off
    • Saturdays: 2 per month, 9am-1pm
