Position summary:
The Education Coordinator position serves as a member of the Guest Engagement division's Education Department and will provide vital administrative and interpretive support for a team that impacts tens of thousands of students and adults annually through a combination of onsite tours, distance learning programs, and large-scale public programs. The Education Coordinator will utilize their organizational skills to schedule, staff, and coordinate onsite group tours and digital programs, while leading a team of part-time Museum Educators, and providing additional administrative support for Virginia History Day and other museum programs.
