F45 Training Largo is looking for part time trainers for classes throughout the day. We offer classes 7 days a week. M-F starting 5:15am and ending 8pm, Saturday 8:30am and 10am and Sunday 8am, 9am, 10am. Here is your opportunity to be part of the fastest growing fitness phenomenon! You will train members in industry leading HIIT sessions. These are not group classes, you will use your personal training certification to guide members through pre-programmed workout routines focusing your skills on modifications for injuries and ability while motivating the team to push harder. Trainer keys for success in F45 training:
-Ability to distill a lot of information into clear and concise ideas
-Lead and direct a large amount of people that feels fun and supportive without coming off as a drill sergeant
-Acute eye for details and the ability to multi-task
-Quickly offer modifications for exercises while constantly scanning the room for safety
-Positive attitude, Great energy, a genuine love for fitness, aspirational appearance and the ability to speak loudly and lead the room
Qualification Requirements:
-Must possess Nationally Accredited Personal or Group Training Certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM, NSCA, ACSM,AAAI/ISMAetc.)
-Must possess current CPR certification
-Must possess High School diploma or GED equivalent
Job Responsibilities:
-Must always be prompt and reliable
-Deliver pre-programmed workouts to teams of up to 36 clients
-Ensure safety of participants in regards to heart rate and exercise technique
-Motivate and encourage clients through the workouts
-Assist in marketing initiatives and promotion of studio
-Assist in membership growth and retention
-The applicant will build professional relationships with clients and colleagues and foster a team environment.
