We are currently seeking highly motivated and skilled Civil Engineering Technicians to join our dynamic team. As part of the civil engineering team at our company, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects including residential and commercial developments, coastal engineering projects such as docks and wetland restorations, shoreline stabilization, and more. You will be responsible for managing your projects to ensure they are completed on time and be able to navigating local, state, and federal regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide CAD and technical support on projects, including single-family home sites, commercial sites, and coastal engineering projects, from inception to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Collaborate with our front office, survey, engineering and permitting teams to complete project tasks, on time and on budget.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and project objectives.
• Efficiently manage your time and schedule to meet project deadlines and deliverables, while ensuring quality and accuracy in all aspects of your work.

Requirements:

• Very strong AutoCAD Civil 3D skills - looking for exceptional talent
• EIT on current path to PE registration (MA) or years of practical experience.
• Good understanding of how to navigate local, state, and federal regulations.
• Good understanding of state health regulations 10 CMR 15.0 and wetland and waterways regulations 310 CMR 9 and 10.
• Proven experience in working on residential and commercial projects, coastal engineering projects, and working with regulatory agencies in Massachusetts, special favor give to local experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
