Immigration Law Clerk - Bilingual

Our dynamic Law Office is seeking a passionate, dependable, and charismatic immigration law clerk to join our legal team. Our firm is committed to providing the best legal services to our clients. Proudly representing clients within various stages of immigration, including all aspects of removal proceedings such as: Employment Based Visa Petitions, H-1b Petitions, USCIS Family Based Petitions, AOS interviews, USCIS Asylum Petitions, Work permits, and more.

Experience and Education

Our firm is looking for an experienced immigration law clerk with:

· Fluent in English and Chinese/Spanish - comprehension, verbal and written communication.

· Strong legal writing, legal research, and communication skills.

· Ability to handle a high case volume and work under time pressure.

· Related work experience in immigration law is preferred.

· We will consider current law students who will graduate in May.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In person at Des Moines, Iowa
