Duties:
- Type and format documents, reports, and correspondence
- Follow the employers style and guidelines for consistency and accuracy
- Proofread documents for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors
- Transfer, Write, translate, edit, and transcribe documents as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
Experience:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or similar role preferred (law/medical plus but not limited to)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-files)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
