JSDC Law Offices in Hershey is actively recruiting an established, experienced Paralegal/Legal Administrative Assistant working onsite full-time in one of our busy and fast-paced Family Law practices. This is NOT A REMOTE POSITION.
· The position is 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday with an hour of unpaid lunch.
. Time sheet reflects a 40-hour work week.
· Support consists of:
· Drafting Legal Documents
· Administrative Assistance to Supervising Attorneys
. Client Calls, Handling Payments, Onsite Interaction
· Various Administrative & Clerical tasks
· Time Entries
· Arranging Meetings
· Calendaring
· Mailings
· Answering Phones
· Other administrative tasks, all while providing excellent vendor and client services.
Essential Qualifications include:
· Strong organizational skills
· Team-oriented
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure while exhibiting patience
· Proficient typing skills
· Legal/procedural research skills
· Familiarity with legal technology and computer databases, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Outlook/Word) and legal billing software
· Our ideal candidate enjoys working in a demanding environment and has two or more years of family law experience (administrative or paralegal).

· Salary will be commensurate with experience
