Being an Instructor - Law provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Law typically reports to a department head. Long established law firm with a probate practice seeking individual to assist with clerical functions such as typing, copying, scanning, and maintaining digital files; telephone and email messages and responses; typing letters and probate documents; organization of documents; secretarial duties; and other general office tasks.
Good organizational skills, nice demeanor on the telephone; promptness; and moderate to excellent typing proficiency needed.
The ideal candidate needs to be able to work well as a team member, and independently. This position requires confidentiality and professionalism.
Prior experience with a probate practice a plus, but not required.
