Join our exceptional team! Busy law firm is seeking a full time Legal Receptionist skilled in customer service and administrative duties who wants to develop within our growing firm. This position is a great place to begin a career in the legal industry.

Applicants must be able to perform duties including but not limited to: greeting and communicating with clients and maintaining positive client connections, scheduling appointments, overseeing the intake of new clients, sorting incoming documents, archiving flies, and providing assistance on cases to the legal team as needed. We are looking for a strong attention to detail, proficiency in managing multiple priorities, ability to work independently, and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word.

Hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30AM-5:00PM and Friday 8:30AM-4:00PM.
