Instructor - Law jobs in Sacramento, CA

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/qualifications:

• Have strong academic credentials and excellent legal research, writing, oral advocacy and interpersonal skills;

• Possess the ability and drive to handle cases in varying stages, including pre-litigation evaluation, through to preparing for and assisting at trial, mediation or arbitration;

• Possess the ability and drive to understand and apply relevant law to facts of the case, draft pleadings, propound and respond to discovery, communicate with clients, appear for Court conferences, prepare for and take/defend depositions, stay up on events of the case;

• Ability to generate top-quality work product for review by senior attorneys and/or partners; and

• Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
