Legal Assistant, Transactional Law – Alexandria, Minnesota
This position will assist an assigned attorney within the transactional law group and may receive assignments relating to real estate, commercial lending, business, and electric cooperative industries, and may also assist on tasks related to complex commercial finance, real estate, contracts, business asset transactions, and governance issues. Essential Responsibilities:
- Set up new client files, scan documents into correct file/folder, and keep files up to date.
- Collect potential client information.
- Follow up and complete assigned tasks.
- Coordinate meetings in conference rooms, ensure conference rooms are available and prepared.
- Timely on deadlines.
- Complete additional assignments as required.

Additional Information:
Pemberton Law offers a competitive wage crediting education and experience. This position is non-supervisory, receives an hourly rate of pay, and qualifies for overtime. Physical requirements are sitting for extended periods and lifting/moving file boxes depending on the needs of the day.
