Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association and in good standing
- Strong grasp of civil rules of procedure and ability to effectively manage cases throughout litigation and trial
- Proficiency in utilizing legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with FileVine a plus
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
