Instructor - Legal Support teaches courses in the discipline area of legal support services. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Legal Support provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Legal Support typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. We are looking for experienced independent process servers to work with us on a 1099 independent contractor basis to serve legal documents to cover Clark County. Candidates must have a smartphone, and a computer with printer and document scanner with ability to scan a PDF at a minimum of 300 DPI. A PERC card is required unless you are an Illinois licensed private detective or a sworn law enforcement officer. Process Serving Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train a qualified candidate.
