Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Legal Support provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Legal Support typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. You will be an Independent Contractor, and able to set your own hours. Candidates must have a reliable vehicle, valid license and auto insurance. Current E&O Insurance a plus.
Must have access to the internet and be able receive work orders via email.
Compensation will be a guaranteed base amount, plus commissions earned. Commissions are earned on all papers served or messenger deliveries completed.
Hours are flexible, however, serving process generally includes evenings and on weekends. Skills desired include the ability to read a map, think on your feet and comfortably interact with people at their residence or place of employment.
