Job Title: Martial Arts Instructor- Taekwondo Black Belt Only

Taekwondo Instructor Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Martial Arts Instructor to join our team. As a Martial Arts Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students in various martial arts disciplines, fostering their physical and mental development. Your duties will include leading classes, demonstrating techniques, providing individualized instruction, and promoting a positive and safe learning environment. Additionally, you will be expected to track student progress, offer feedback, and encourage continuous improvement.

Taekwondo Instructor Responsibilities:

- Lead martial arts classes for students of all ages and skill levels

- Demonstrate proper techniques and forms

- Provide personalized instruction and feedback to students

- Create and implement lesson plans to suit the needs of different groups

- Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment

- Ensure the safety of students during training sessions

- Track student progress and provide periodic evaluations

- Promote martial arts programs and events to attract new students

- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in martial arts training

Taekwondo Instructor Qualifications:

- Certified black belt or equivalent rank in a recognized martial arts discipline

- Previous experience teaching martial arts classes preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to motivate and inspire students of all ages

- Knowledge of different martial arts styles and techniques

- Understanding of the principles and philosophy behind martial arts

- CPR and first aid certification preferred

- Willingness to undergo a background check

- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
