Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Liberal Arts provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Liberal Arts typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. A learning attitude is key to the success of this position.Responsibilities:- Assisting in providing A Quality of Class Instruction for Ages Pre-K to Teens
- Customer Relations with the Students and Parents
- Assist in Supporting Studio Events- Birthday Parties, Parent’s Night Out
- Assist in Marketing Events
- Membership Sales
What is the Premier Martial Arts Curriculum?- Premier Martial Arts is a blended system, not a specific style.
- Prior experience in the following arts aids in the easy adoption of the PMA curriculum:
- Karate
- Sport Karate
- Tae-Kwon-Do
Must-Have Qualifications:- Prior Martial Arts Experience
- Organized-Self Starter
- Service First Mentality
Bonus Qualifications:- Received Black Belt in a Family Oriented Martial Arts Program
- Prior Teaching Experience
