We teach our young students how to respect their elders, how to be accountable, how to focus, and how to stay in shape in a fun and exciting atmosphere.
Job Summary:
An instructor at a Premier Martial Arts location is someone who is passionate about changing lives through day-to-day martial arts instruction. An outgoing and leadership-driven personality is a must. A person who can not only teach but more importantly inspire others to be the best version of themselves is required. A PMA instructor utilizes the tools given to them to impact as many people as possible, is always a student, and never lets their ego get the best of them. A learning attitude is key to the success of this position.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in providing A Quality of Class Instruction for Ages Pre-K to Teens
- Customer Relations with the Students and Parents
- Assist in Supporting Studio Events- Birthday Parties, Parent’s Night Out
- Assist in Marketing Events
- Membership Sales
What is the Premier Martial Arts Curriculum?
- Premier Martial Arts is a blended system, not a specific style.
- Prior experience in the following arts aids in the easy adoption of the PMA curriculum:
- Karate
- Sport Karate
- Tae-Kwon-Do
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Prior Martial Arts Experience
- Organized-Self Starter
- Service First Mentality
Bonus Qualifications:
- Received Black Belt in a Family Oriented Martial Arts Program
- Prior Teaching Experience
- Prior Sales Experience
- Prior Youth Coaching or Leadership
