We are seeking a passionate and experienced BJJ Martial Arts Instructor to join our team. As a Martial Arts Instructor, you will have the opportunity to inspire and teach students of all ages in various martial arts disciplines. If you have a strong background in martial arts and enjoy working with students, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct martial arts classes for students of all ages and skill levels
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Teach proper techniques, forms, and movements in various martial arts styles such as Karate, Judo, and more
- Provide guidance and support to students to help them improve their skills and reach their goals
- Ensure the safety of all students during training sessions
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback on their performance
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with students in a martial arts setting
- Strong knowledge and expertise in various martial arts styles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively demonstrate techniques and provide clear instructions
- Experience in behavior management techniques for working with children
- Lifeguard certification is a plus
- Additional skills or experience in swim, basketball, childcare, or cheerleading is desirable
