• Perform a variety of duties to support the Commercial Services Department to assist Credit Administration and Relationship Managers in maintaining commercial credit files through timely collection, tracking, and imaging of financials, tax returns, and other credit file documents.
• Attend the Officers Loan Committee and take minutes. Compile, track and review Loan Committee submissions ensuring accuracy, consistency, handling of corrections, compilation of the agenda, and ensuring all submissions go to the proper committees, then disseminating approvals appropriately.
• Complete various credit administration reports as assigned, including various exception and tracking reports.
• Operate as a support and back-up for the Assistant to CCO, including preparation of Board Meeting information along with Directors Loan Committee submissions and approvals.
• Constructively interact with customers, coworkers, and Relationship Managers, coordinating specific work tasks with others and ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of information.

HOURS will average approximately 40 per week, Monday-Friday. This position is budgeted for 2,080 hours per year.
