POSITION: Business Administration/Management Instructor

LOCATION: NDSCS Fargo and/or Wahpeton

TYPE OF APPOINTMENT: Full-time, benefitted, 9-month faculty position

NDSCS offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes single or family health insurance coverage with premiums paid for by the College – with an effective date for new employees the first of the month following the date of hire. SALARY: Starting at $55,814, commensurate with education and experience

• Must support the mission, vision, and values of NDSCS
• Master’s degree in Business or a related field
• Experience teaching with technology
• Computer literacy including word processing and e-mail
• Two years of teaching experience
• Demonstrated competence in subject matter
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Motivated, self-directed, and able to work effectively and professionally with students and staff in a team setting
• Ability to articulate and support the two-year postsecondary college philosophy with a strong commitment to teaching and learning in a two-year college setting

• Successful college teaching experience
• Experience with or willingness to develop and/or teach courses online or other distance delivery methods
• Experience with Blackboard or another LMS
• Experience with DECA
• Experience with course and program assessment
