HeartSync Homeschool Hub provides flexible and enriching learning opportunities for homeschool students in the Collin County area. Our solution offers 1-2 day per week enrollment options from 9:30am-2pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. We utilize a designated facility to deliver up to 5 different academic and enrichment courses and activities: STEM, Spanish, Physical Activity, Art, Home Economics, Building & Engineering, Theater & Music, Creative Writing, Geography, and Speech & Debate. Students will be grouped by age with a range of 4-12 years old.

Parents can either drop students off for the duration or stay on-campus and observe pending a background check. This allows for customized involvement, balancing student independence with parental oversight.

Role Description

HeartSync Homeschool Hub is seeking a part-time Instructor to join our team in Plano, TX. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons in various subjects to students ages 4-12 in a homeschooling environment. This is an on-site role located at our facility in Plano, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or currently in Education or a related field (May be currently pursuing)
• Experience in teaching or tutoring ages 4-12 students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creativity and adaptability in teaching strategies
• Familiarity with any of the courses listed above
• Ability to collaborate with students, parents, and team members to create a positive learning environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
