Instructor - Medicine jobs in Great Falls, MT

Our Naturopathic office is looking to hire a front office staff member to assist with

administrative tasks, patient check-in and check-out, scheduling appointments, and other

front desk duties. The ideal candidate would have previous experience working in a medical

office, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in computer systems.

Responsibilities:

- Greet patients as they arrive and check them in for their appointments

- Collect payments

- Schedule appointments for patients and manage the appointment calendar

- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries

- Maintain patient records and update information as needed

- Assist with general office duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

- Ensure a clean and organized front office area at all times

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Previous experience working in a medical office setting preferred

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer systems

- Knowledge of basic medical terminology

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented and organized

- Team player with a positive attitude

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
