Responsibilities: - Greet guests and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner - Schedule appointments and manage the calendar - Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area - Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Assist with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred - Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment - Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is preferred - Experience with eClinicalWorks, Dentrix, or other medical software is a plus - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
