Being an Instructor - Music provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Music typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. About the Role:
You will receive students from us that fit what you are looking to teach. You can accept as many students that fit your interests and schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Teach our students based off of your preferred methods
- Have a love of music
- Keep up with your calendar by easily marking your lessons as complete through the ease of our App
- Communicate with our staff with any updates, issues, questions, comments, or concerns. We are here for you!
- Be organized and on time for your lessons
Requirements:
- 1-3 years minimum teaching experience
- If offering lessons at your location, have a clean space designated for music lessons
- Either a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience is a must
