Job Description:
Boldery Music Academy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vocal and/or Piano Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both vocal and piano instruction (however, we are accepting one or the other) capable of teaching students of diverse ages and backgrounds, and passionate about inspiring the next generation of musicians.

Responsibilities:

• Provide engaging and effective instruction in both vocal and piano techniques.
• Develop customized lesson plans tailored to the individual needs and goals of each student.
• Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students to excel.
• Prepare students for performances, recitals, and auditions as needed.
• Communicate regularly with students and parents to track progress and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
• Lead group lessons

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or related field (preferred).
• Proven proficiency in both vocal and piano instruction.
• Previous teaching experience, preferably in a private lesson or classroom setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students of all ages and skill levels.
• Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Passion for music education and a commitment to excellence.

Schedule:
This is a part-time position with after-school hours. Exact scheduling will be determined based on the availability of the instructor and the demand for lessons.
