Instructor - Music teaches courses in the discipline area of music. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Music provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Music typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative lessons to students of various ages. - Assess student progress and provide feedback on their performance
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance instructional materials
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to promote a productive learning environment
- Implement behavior management strategies when necessaryQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom instruction
- Experience working with students of all ages, including adult learners
- Strong knowledge of instructional strategies and best practices in education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
