Instructor - Nursing teaches courses in the discipline area of nursing. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Nursing provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Nursing typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. Our team is backed by a dedicated support staff, ready to ensure your journey with us is seamless and filled with moments of joy and fulfillment while you earn some of the highest wages in the industry doing what you love!

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct private, Semi-private (2-3), and small group swim lessons (4 ).
    • Schedule swim lessons.
    • Ability to travel to clients and teach in varying atmospheres
    • Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
    • Assess students' skills, monitor students' progress, and adapt lessons to meet students' & clients' needs.
    • Provide a fun, safe, and effective learning experience for our swimmers.
    • Communicate with parents, clients, or caregivers about your student's progress.

    What to expect when working with My Swim Instructor!

    • You choose your work schedule.
    • You will travel to clients' locations in your area to teach lessons.
    • You set the travel distance to the client's locations.
    • Receive multiple clients offers every month.
    • You will be able to discuss a schedule and always be in direct contact with our clients and the My Swim Instructor support team.

    Payment:

    We send out payments via Zelle within 1-5 days of receiving your invoice more details will be explained in depth during the application process.

    Required Job Specifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years providing swim instruction to students of any age.
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Proven experience working as a swim instructor
    • CPR, First Aid, and American Red Cross Safety Instructor or Basic swim instructor certifications
    • Strong swimming ability, and sound knowledge of proper swimming techniques and water safety rules
    • This position requires candidates to have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • Contractors are required to carry their liability insurance.
    • Swim Instructors are required to have their swim instruction equipment.

    Job Type: Contract

    Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
