POSITION SUMMARY
The Nursing Assistant Instructor is responsible to teach, evaluate, and maintain records for the Nursing Assistant Training Program. This position promotes quality care through the development of knowledge, skills, and attitude of staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
Current RN license in Minnesota or 2 Years of licensed nursing experience which can include LPN.
1 Year of licensed nursing experience in the provision of skilled nursing care facility services
Completion of Train the Trainer course through the Minneapolis Community Technical College.
Successfully completed or will seek certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and emergency care
