We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to Justice Involved individuals; Reentry Citizens in local Correctional Institutions.
Facilitate the STEP-UP, Inc. curriculum preparing inmates to transition successfully upon their release back to their communities and families. The ideal candidate will have experience in group dynamics, teaching and some prior knowledge of the criminal justice system. Good organizational skills, completing and submitting reports, creating relationships within the assigned facility and knowledge of Criminal Justice Systems or related experience.
Duties
Must have demonstrated experience in classroom instruction and ability to learn different teaching methods. Ability to apply these methods in the development and implementation of curriculum-based, educational programs for all levels of education.
