Pilates Instructor
Duties:
- Conduct Pilates classes for individuals or groups, focusing on proper form and technique
- Develop and implement personalized Pilates programs based on clients' goals and fitness levels
- Provide guidance and support to clients during their Pilates sessions
- Demonstrate exercises and assist clients in performing them correctly
- Modify exercises as needed to accommodate clients with injuries or physical limitations
- Educate clients on the benefits of Pilates and promote a healthy lifestyle
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
Qualifications:
- Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized training program
- Experience teaching Pilates classes to individuals or groups
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Familiarity with other fitness disciplines such as CrossFit, Yoga, Personal training, dance, or Sports coaching is a plus
- Sales experience in the fitness industry is a plus
