Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Physical Therapy provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Physical Therapy typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. We are a local, mom-and-pop physical therapy clinic that only offers one-to-one physical therapy care with a DPT. In our clinic, you will evaluate and treat patients as a DPT - you won’t be passing patients off to aides, assistants or techs.
We are a rapidly growing outpatient clinic. We primarily see non-surgical orthopedic injuries, and we are developing our neurological physical therapy programs.

Evaluating each patient that is specific to age, illness, injury, and/or disease
Preparing a written plan of care (using our web-based EMR) based on evaluation findings in a timely manner
Actively participating in ongoing marketing strategies to ensure the health of our practice
Willingly participating in community events to help promote our practice
