Instructor - Physical Therapy teaches courses in the discipline area of physical therapy. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Physical Therapy provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Physical Therapy typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research.     Therapy Technicians are responsible for supporting patient care by preparing treatment areas, gathering equipment and materials, and performing procedures under the direct supervision of a Physical or Occupational Therapist. Therapy Technicians are expected to execute a high standard of clinical excellence while maintaining 5-star customer service. Spear strives to foster a true community environment for both patients and team members; therefore, a collaborative spirit is valued to ensure everyone receives the care and support they need.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Previous customer service experience.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
    • A strong attention to detail and willingness to grow.
    • Athletic experience a plus!
