Instructor - Physical Therapy teaches courses in the discipline area of physical therapy. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Physical Therapy provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Physical Therapy typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. Job Description:Our Physical Therapy Aide position is a perfect opportunity for someone that is passionate about the field of physical therapy and providing the best patient care.
Aide duties will include:- A vital role in the care we provide for our patients.
- Work alongside Physical Therapists by assisting patients in their rehabilitation program.
- Monitor patients on specific exercise programs.
- Help educate patients on exercises.
- Assist physical therapists in setting up patients on modalities.
- Help clean tables and equipment after patient use.
- Most importantly, caring for each patient in a professional manner in various aspects of their rehabilitation.
Job Qualifications:
We are looking for a physical therapy aide who enjoys helping others, as this is the main focus of our business.
The candidate must also possess the following:- Caring, Energetic & Friendly attitude.
- Ability to multi-task in a face-paced environment.
- Works well with others on the team.
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent Communication.
- Working knowledge of Human Anatomy.
- Minimum of 1-year experience as an aide in a Physical Therapy setting.
