Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Perform data entry tasks such as order entry and updating patient information
- Transcribe notes and documents accurately
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes as needed
- Provide administrative support as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other office software applications
