The Axon Psychology Group, and the Great Lakes Sports Medicine and Concussion Clinic, have an immediate need for a part time (20-30h/w) employee to primarily mange our assessment department scheduling, and also assist our office manager with administrative responsibilities, including greeting and checking-in patients, communicating with referral sources, and answering phones. Competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a medical office (required), have a high level of conscientiousness and attention to detail, be able to work independently, maintain strict confidentiality, and display constant professionalism and collegiality in all interpersonal interactions.
