We are expanding and are hiring for a part-time Administrative/Office Assistant position. Duties will include answering phone calls and scheduling appointments as well as some paperwork and administrative tasks; we always try to divide things up so no one is doing the same thing all day long. A good candidate would be punctual and reliable, have good people and phone skills, and a good level of computer proficiency. The right fit for this position will be someone who is organized, able to be self directed in accomplishing tasks, and is emphatic and supportive with clients. Experience with insurance is a plus. 20 hours/week. Monday-Friday 12:00-4:00.
