Responsibilities:
Maintaining office spreadsheets
Collecting patient payments
Scheduling patient appointments
Coordinating patient referrals
Assisting the administrative staff in daily responsibilities
Assistant to the Administrator
Other duties as assignments
Manage Ad hoc requests

Skills:
- Strong event planning skills with attention to detail
- Ability to provide personal assistant support to executives
- Excellent project coordination skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy
