Instructor - Rehabilitation jobs in Chillicothe, OH

MedAdventures is partnering with one of our largest clients to select their next Director of Rehabilitation for a leading therapy provider in the skilled nursing space in the Frankfort, OH area.

This is a Direct Hire Opportunity

Responsibilities of the Director of Rehabilitation:

• Plan, organize, develop and direct the delivery of therapy services in designated facility in accordance with current Federal, State, and local regulations, standards, and guidelines
• Manage the performance of therapy department personnel

Requirements for the Director of Rehabilitation:

• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory/management/leadership role in a healthcare setting required
• Experience as a Physical Therapist OR Speech Pathologist
• Graduate of an accredited school of therapy and licensed as a therapist by the State in which practicing
• Minimum of 2 years as a therapist in a Long Term Care setting preferred

Compensation and Benefits for the Director of Rehabilitation:

• 100-110K target salary
