Management by Infinity Rehab is seeking a top-caliber director of rehabilitation (PT/PTA/OT) for one of our in-house therapy partners, Guardian Care Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Orlando, Florida. This is a newly constructed, beautifully designed, privately-owned, non-profit, 99-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center that offers a premier senior living experience, compassionate care, fine dining, and plentiful activities. The DOR will provide oversight and inpatient therapy to older adults and treat individuals with various medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary.

Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Successful completion of National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapist

• Current state licensure

  OR

• Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Successful completion of National Certification Examination for Registered Occupational Therapist

• Current state licensure

  OR

• Associates degree in an accredited physical therapist assistant program

• Current state licensure

Preferred Qualifications:

• One-two years director experience
