Instructor - Rehabilitation teaches courses in the discipline area of rehabilitation and therapy. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Rehabilitation provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Rehabilitation typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. We provide a full range of services for children ages 0-5 throughout Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks and Chester Counties including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, and special instruction specifically designed according to each child's needs. At Goldstar, we strive to support every therapist and assist all therapists in meeting their professional and personal goals as well.
At this time we are seeking qualified special instructors for our home-based early intervention program throughout Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks and Chester Counties. Our special instructors can choose the number of hours, location, and time of day they prefer to work and can work as few as 10 hours or as many as 40!
